GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD morning everyone!
It’s sunday and wow what a night I had last night. Nothing too crazy but very fun with all my friends at school!
Lets go back to the pre-dinner work out
FINALLY A GOOD ONE! I felt so energized at the gym. I think I’m slowly coming back 🙂
I did an awesome:
30 mins on the precore ( level 3-5 alternating)
6 minutes of sprinting
AND arms and side toning with 5 pound weights in my room
Then I ate a very sustaining dinner ( not a very pretty one) but as usual with my buffet style cafeteria I loaded my plate with an array of yummy things
My slimy-looking meal included: salmon with pesto, feta cheese, tomatoes, carrots,mushrooms,spinach ( underneath 🙂 ), and a little pasta salad
Last night was very fun I went out in the cold to go to a party that was very close and convenient. GOOD times all around.
This morning I had an amazing bowl of ( my own) cinnamon oatmeal, with apples, and pb … IT WAS HEAVENLY.
AND I also had a side of melon and grapes
OH how I love my weekend big brunches at school
Anyway, this morning I finished my article for hercampus.com, in the UMASS AMHERST section and it should be up by monday sooooo hang in there!
I’m about to start some biology and organic chem homework. WOOO so interesting….NOT
Then I’m off to the gym and dinner as per my usual weekend schedule and later hopefully I’ll finish early so that I can relax and watch some mindless TV.
Boring sunday, but hey thats college for ya

***** QUICK NIGHTLY UPDATE 8:30 p.m*******
On the way to the gym my roommate and I made a quick decision……. as the wind was whipping our faces and the -13 degrees of bitter coldness slowed our pace. We ran for the dining commons and eat dinner instead.
Yes. I skipped the gym Yes. I ate a big dinner ( no picture)
YES…… I feel a little guilty ( blush :)) but, it’s SUNDAY and I have a VERY busy week ahead of me plus I was good all last week.
One “cheat” day won’t change a thing.
